Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. We just ask for a little notice so we can offer your spot to another client. Here's how it works at Captivant Esthetics:

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Missed appointments without notice ("no-shows") may be charged in full and may require a deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on the day's availability, to stay on time for other clients.
