A valid credit card is required to secure every appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.
Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours' notice, or the card on file will be charged.
All waivers and intake forms must be completed prior to your appointment.
Please arrive alone. Treatment rooms are reserved for clients only.

Exfoliate lightly the day before, skip lotion the day of, and avoid caffeine or alcohol beforehand if you can. Both can heighten sensitivity, so arrive with clean skin whenever possible.
About a quarter inch, roughly the length of a grain of rice, or 2–3 weeks of growth after shaving. Too short and the wax can't grip; too long can mean more discomfort than necessary.
Avoid hot showers, sun exposure, tight clothing, and the gym for 24–48 hours. Begin gentle exfoliation after 48 hours to help prevent ingrown hairs.
Most clients rebook every 4–6 weeks. Staying on a consistent schedule is what makes hair grow back finer and sparser over time, which is why the 3-session package is such a popular way to start.
